ABOUT ME ✌️❤️🖊️

I’m Kat, a copywriter and creative director based in Austin, Texas. I’ve been writing, doodling, and creating since I was old enough to hold a pencil—and eventually a wood sander. Over the years, I’ve used my strategic creative chops to support clients of all sizes and industries, from MillerCoors to the Texas Beef Council to a local Austin law firm. I’m collaborative, easy to work with, and passionate about mentoring junior creatives.

I’m also the Chief Communications Officer for Rally 4 Rescue, an Austin-based nonprofit dedicated to supporting local animal rescue groups. We host events, like volleyball tournaments, to help raise awareness and funds. See the website I created here.

In my free time, you can find me being zen AF at yoga, supporting Austin’s local music scene, or planning my next camping trip. I live in South Austin with my husband and Aidee, our Chicago Street Cat, where we host spontaneous game nights.
